Palladium Private is a residential mental health retreat located in the beautiful Maleny, Sunshine Coast. Palladium understand the need for individually tailored programs which will assist people who are committed to overcoming mental health conditions such as stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse and trauma.
Due to strict Google Ads policies surrounding addiction services, Palladium Private was unable to drive traffic to their previously promoted website domain in Google Search. Their previous Digital Agency had become less focused and Palladium Private chose to partner with Sydney Digital Marketing to develop and execute a high-impact digital strategy that tackles these challenges through Google advertising, Social media marketing, landing page design and development and marketing automation.
Methodology
Knowing that Google played such an important role in driving high-quality leads for Palladium Private, our #1 priority was to design & develop a single landing page that would meet the criteria of Google’s ad policies team.
Our campaigns were strategically designed to target people suffering with specific mental health issues.
Each campaign contained a unique set of keywords and supporting ad copy that was contextual to our landing page destination. This ensured that we provided a great customer experience whilst improving the accounts overall quality score.
Impact
This resulted in a 23% lift in conversion actions over a 6-month campaign period. Knowing that not all leads are counted equal, we were able to integrate Zoho CRM with Google Ads to analyse real-time data based on the clients’ lifecycle stages.
Having end-to-end access to the customer journey, allowed our campaign engineers to analyse what campaigns, keywords and ad copy were driving the best outcomes for Palladium Private. The ability to optimise for sales and not just leads helped Sydney Digital position Private Private as the #1 residential mental health retreat in QLD.
This resulted in a 14% lift in total revenue compared to the previous 12-months. For privacy reasons we obviously cannot share this exact figure, however it was a considerable amount.
We are pleased that our partnership with Palladium Private is now in it’s 3-year and going from strength to strength.
