The personal injury and compensation industry is extremely competitive and Stacks Goudkamp were faced with a real challenge in that each law firm were trying to outbid & outrank each other in Google Search. To put this in perspective the search terms “Personal Injury Lawyers Sydney” can cost anywhere up to $78 CPC. Therefore, we needed to be strategic on what keywords we included in our advertising strategy.
Knowing how competitive the landscape is, we wanted to ensure Stacks Goudkamp provided a great customer experience and therefore, we audited and optimised their website performance. This included but wasn’t limited to the following:
To ensure that we maximised our investment in Google Ads, we decided only to focus on those key service areas that we know produce the best return for Stacks Goudkamp.
Not only did our new campaign structure contain the best performing keywords based on previous results, we also added new high-intent terms based on consumer research and key competitor analysis.
Stacks Goudkamp were tracking all new lead enquiries manually and therefore understanding lead quality & conversion rates was going to be a real challenge. To overcome this we decided to onboard Hubspot including CRM, Marketing Hub and Sales Hub
With the implementation of Hubspot, we were able to create a unique lead scoring system that attributes leads, opportunities and customers from any source/medium. This new reporting system allowed our team of Google Engineers to optimise in real-time.
Within the first 3-months of our partnership we achieved a 60% lift in conversion actions (contact us) from Paid Search. Our website optimisations, both technical and content, also resulted in a 17% lift in conversions from Google Organic (SEO) across the same period.
