They do it through a courier network of 14 different providers offering over 40 domestic and international services. And integrating into multiple e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.

Mission

Interparcel is an online courier aggregator providing multi-carrier solutions for small to medium-sized businesses and online retailers. Interparcel had been running Facebook and Google ads for many years but were not satisfied with their previous agency. They sought a new partner to grow their revenue and market share in the Australian delivery space. We implemented a comprehensive strategy starting with buyer persona development and gradually scaled their campaigns for better results.

Methodology

We initially focused on optimising their Google Ads strategy, but soon realised that transitioning to SA360 would yield even better results, allowing Interparcel to scale effectively.
