About you
You have worked 3 years+ in a marketing agency and are now looking for a role where you can take more ownership, and provide strategic insights while growing personally and professionally with an ambitious team.
Sitting in our beautiful beachside office in Kingscliff, you will be strategising and directing million-dollar digital campaigns, dreaming up amazing customer journeys and delivering next-level CX.
When it comes to design and development, you will also collaborate with our production team here in Australia and overseas to ensure that we deliver excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategising digital marketing campaigns
- Building go to market strategies
- Analysing campaign performances
- Providing insights and recommendations to optimise ad campaigns
- Providing support to our campaign coordinators
OPERATIONAL
- Day-to-day account management
- Managing the client-agency relationship
- Facilitating Work-In-Progress Calls/Meetings and client workshops
- Minimum 5+ years of work experience in the marketing industry (agency or client side)
- Minimum 3+ years Digital Marketing account management experience
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing & Communications (majors in digital)
KNOWLEDGE
- Social Media Advertising: Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, Pinterest
- Google Marketing Platform: GTM, GSC, GA4, GBP
- Google & Microsoft Ads
- Customer Journey Mapping
- Marketing Automation: Hubspot preferred but also, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Zoho or Active Camapign
- AI Platforms: Experience in GhatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity is essential
